SP: Ride the waves

This is her character, Rosetta, made into a sailor senshi! Rosetta had a nautical steampunk theme, so I kind of just turned her into a water-themed senshi, so... waves. I had so much trouble with the waves. xD But I like how they turned out. Also I saw that Rosetta likes octopuses, so that's why she has 4 ribbon tails on this side. I didn't include the other four, cause it'd look too busy.
