It says Fanny "Punk" Arrow says her sister used to scare her a lot, so I can imagine now that they're older, her sister drags her to parties while buying her costumes (because otherwise Punk would just show up in oversized pumpkin sweaters - but she managed to sneak in one of those cheesy spider rings XD).
